No worries! If you’re not in love with your purchase, ZAVET Jewelry offers a full Store Credit for returns.
RETURNS POLICY
• Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
• Returns will automatically be issued a Store Credit, which you can use to repurchase an alternative item or the same item in a different size.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
• Customers who receive a product with a manufacturing defect or incorrect item will be refunded. (Note: ZAVET Jewelry conducts strict quality control before dispatch and upon receiving returns.)
• Please handle products with care when trying them on. Items that are manually damaged or do not meet our return conditions will not be accepted.
• ZAVET Jewelry is not responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be credited.
EXCHANGES
• A Store Credit will be issued so you can purchase a new item.
• If you need an urgent exchange, we recommend purchasing the replacement size before sending the return. A Store Credit will be issued once we receive the returned item, as we do not hold items during the return process.
CONDITION OF RETURN
• Items must be returned in original, unworn condition.
• All tags must remain attached, and items must be in their original packaging.
WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
• Sale items cannot be returned, except for full-priced items purchased using a discount code.
